In this suite of some 400 drawings, black ink images represent land-based creatures while the blue ones suggest those that dwell in a watery world. The two sets of beings battle because they are fearful of each other’s differences. At a certain time, among the seemingly interminable battles, hybridized creatures, part-land and part-water based, are born. In this loosely structured narrative, Two Worlds explores the notion of fear, vulnerability and power.
